Elena Golf Club in Cabuyao, Laguna.
A Mercedes-Benz E 350 Coupé AMG Sport for a hole-in-one prize, a bevy of luxurious raffle prizes and attractive giveaways are things to look forward to in the MercedesTrophy, which has again drawn more than 200 players, ensuring a full-field at Sta. Elena’s 27-hole course.
The huge number of participants, just like in the previous year, solidifies the high anticipation for the prestigious event, which is exclusive for loyal Mercedes-Benz owners, sponsored by PLDT, Singapore Airlines, Shell Helix, Seaboard Eastern Insurance, Arrow, and TW Steel.
Backed by Makati Shangri-La, Sta. Elena Properties, Security Bank, Duty Free, Johnnie Walker, Canon, Asia Brewery, Business Mirror and Inquirer Golf, the winners and runners-up in Classes A, B, C and ladies will gain slots in the Asian final in Queensland, Australia in August.
The top Filipino in the Asian final will advance to the World Final in Stuttgart, Germany in September.
“There’s always the challenge to stage a better event every year. I believe that our organizing committee has been successful in keeping up with the tradition. This year, we’ll make sure that our Mercedes-Benz family will come home very happy,” said CATS Motors president Felix Ang.
Adding spice to the MercedesTrophy, Ang also said, is a Mercedes-Benz E 350 Coupé AMG Sport, a 3.5-liter, V6 sportster which combines power, style, luxury and safety innovations, which awaits the lucky ace maker.
