Dubbed “URCC-Colt 45 XXI: Warpath”, the meet also features durable Davao champion Angelito Manguray, Alvin “The Phenom” Ramirez and former pro boxing titlist Roy Dolinguez.
Manguray, a 45-year-old warrior who is a dentist by profession and referred to by URCC founder and president Alvin Aguilar as a “very, very good fighter”, will be up against Will Chope, while Ramirez, the young Yaw-Yan ace known for his acrobatic moves, battles Dolinguez in a potentially explosive pinweight match.
Incidentally, the affair coincides with the birthday of Aguilar, the force behind the establishment of the most popular, and the only active MMA promotion based in the country and founded in 2002.
