Tuason to compete in 30-car Porsche Cup

MANILA, Philippines - Tuason Racing School founder and multi-awarded racer JP Tuason will compete in the 30-car field Porsche Cup in Nurburgring in Germany in May.

“We believe that after boxing and football, motorsports is the next sport Filipinos will be known for,” said Tuason. “By participating in an event of this caliber, we will be recognized as a major contender in racing in Asia.”

Tuason, who has raced and trained all over the world, has used his experience into a systematic and scientific curriculum that TRS uses in training the Filipino racers.

Meanwhile, TRS bagged the Car of the Year award for Motorsports for their grassroots program for circuit racing (TRS CUP powered by the Ford Fiesta).

Racers such as Michelle Bumgarner, Stefano Marcelo, Basti Escalante, all have undergone training with either JP or Mike Tuason.

TRS has also been enjoying a steady flow of racers from abroad to take advantage of the cost effective training programs offered in the country.
