MANILA, Philippines - Jiggs Cristales and Ted Concepcion took the overall low net and overall low gross with 72 and 83, respectively, in the second Tanseco Cup at the Manila Southwoods Legends Course recently.
The tournament, an annual fund-raiser of the Marriage Encounter Foundation of the Philippines, Inc. (MEFP), led by president couple Robert-Tinette Aventajado, was supported by Ayala Land, Inc., San Miguel Corp. and Smart Communications.
Aventajado, also the president of the Philippine Taekwondo Association, thanked the MEFP’s generous supporters, saying that the funds raised would be put to good use during the implementation of the Couple Power-Lakas ng Mag-asawa one-day marriage enrichment seminar that the MEFP conducts for beneficiaries of the DSWD’s Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program.
