Dolphins try to fuel run versus Bulls

MANILA, Philippines - Cebu tries to keep its win run going as the Dolphins face the Batangas Bulls at resumption of action in Baseball Philippines Series 8 at the Rizal Memorial Baseball Stadium today.

The Dolphins pace the six-team field with back-to-back victories, including a 9-7 win over two-time defending champion Manila Sharks last week.

Following a spate of injuries and player-absences in Series 7 dominated by Manila, Cebu is now ready to contend for the crown in the league organized by Community Sports Inc. and sponsored by Gatorade and Rawlings..

Gametime is at 1 p.m.

Manila and Alabang try to regain their winning ways at each other’s expense as they slug it out in the 9 a.m. opener.

The Sharks dropped to 2-1 while the Tigers tote an even 1-1 card following their losses last weekend.
