MANILA, Philippines - A brand-new 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer EX 2.0 GLX, a Club Car Golf Cart and cash will be the hole-in-one prizes for the eighth Br. Benedict Golf Cup Feb. 28 at the Forest Hills Golf and Country Club in Antipolo.
One of the hole-in-one prizes will be raffled off during the awarding ceremonies, while La Salle 100 Years commemorative golf balls and ball markers, Banana Boat products, 100 Plus and other giveaways will also be given away.
Entry fee is P2,700 for non-members and P1,500 for Forest Hills members. Fees include green fee, tournament fee, the use of golf cart, buffet lunch and drinks.
Due to logistical limitations of the club’s 27-hole layout, slots will be limited as organizers will implement a first-to-register, first-to-play basis in this event which offers six divisions – Class A, B, C, D, seniors and ladies.
This event is presented by BDO, Manila Beer, Summit Mineral Water, Tanduay Ice, The Bar, 100 Plus, while major sponsors are Toyota, 2 Torre Lorenzo, First Gen Corp., ICTSI and Pacsports. Citi Motors, Club Car Banana Boat, Krispee Kreme, SMART, Shangri-La Hotel and MyPhone also support the tournament.
This is the second leg of the One La Salle Centennial Golf Tour, a prelude to the DLSAA Homecoming set March 5 at the La Salle Green Hills St. Benilde gym where everyone is also invited.
