MANILA, Philippines - A special double treat kicks off the top rating boxing show Rod Nazario’s In This Corner for the month of July.
Rex Olisa’s recent eight-round super-flyweight dukeout with Jessie Tuyor at the Biñan Town Plaza in Biñan, Laguna serves as the main bout of this week’s episode presented by Ginebra San Miguel, San Miguel Beer, Purefoods, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), Biogenic Isopropyl Alcohol and Petron.
In between, previous fights of Olisa against Marc Anthony and Tuyor opposite Albert Simbajon will be shown during the 7-8 p.m. show aired over NBN-4.
In the preliminary match, Matthew Toyco debuts against RapRap Ramonal in a four-rounder at super-bantamweight.
