PSE holds Bull Run on Jan. 17

MANILA, Philippines - The PSE (Philippine Stock Exchange) Bull Run: Takbo Para sa Ekonomiya kicks off the running season as it holds a three-division race on Jan. 17 at the Fort Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City.

A banner field is expected o vie for top honors in the 3k, 5k and 10k runs of the sixth staging of the annual event organized by the Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. as part of its advocacy campaign to inform the people about the Philippine stock market.

The PSE Bull Run has been envisioned to serve as one of PSE’s key marketing projects with the event held not only to raise stock market awareness but also to promote camaraderie among PSE employees, listed companies and trading participants.

The Bull Run will be sanctioned by the Philippine Amateur Track and Field Association (PATAFA).

Winners in both the male and female divisions of each category will receive cash prizes and trophies with fabulous raffle prizes up for grabs in the event sanctioned by the Philippine Amateur Track and Field Association.

To spice up the event, the PSE added additional categories - the special PSE group 3k and a special fun run with no entry fee. The special PSE group 3k event is open to PSE employees, trading participants as well as their family members, corporate sponsors, students and alumni members of the PSE Securities Course Program, and members of the media.
