MANILA, Philippines - The Entom- Manila Slo-pitch Softball League (MSSL) Cup Fall Season 2009 opens tomorrow with six teams to see action at the Rosario Sports Complex in Pasig City.
Defending champion Cebuana Lhuillier, headed by team owner and manager Jean Henri Lhuillier, also the president of the Amateur Softball Association of the Philippines (ASAPHIL), is expected to have its hands full in its title defense as the star-studded Meralco, Entom of Los Baños, BYOB -La Salle, Calamba, and Pera Padala provide a challenge to title-retention bid of Cebuana Lhuillier.
The season, sponsored by Entom Pest Control and General Services Corp., will also schedule an out of town game in Los Baños to provide an opportunity for local folks to see slo pitch softball action.
