Coach E opens venue at STI in Global City

MANILA, Philippines - The Hi-Smart Coach E Basketball School opens its first classes at the STI College gym at Fort Bonifacio Global City in Taguig starting July 21.

The newest venue joins regular Coach E Basketball School venues like The Zone in Makati (July 22), Xavier School in San Juan (July 23), Clubsixfifty in Libis (July 24) and San Beda Alabang on July 25.

“Coach E Basketball School is very much elated to come to Fort Bonifacio Global City for the first time. We’re sure that the excellent facility of STI will make the learning experience for kids very much enjoyable,” International Basketball Academy president Xavy Nunag said on the classes backed by Hi-Smart Multivitamins + Zinc and Taurine under New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation.

Classes at STI College, Global City are every Tuesday (5-7 p.m.) and Saturday (2-4 p.m.), and at The Zone (Wednesdays at 5-7 p.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m.-12 noon), Xavier School (Mondays and Thursdays at 4-6 p.m.), Clubsixfifty in Libis (Fridays at 5-7 p.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m.-12 noon) and San Beda Alabang (Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m.-12 noon).

Coach E students made waves by winning a pocket tournament recently at the Australia Institute of Sports (AIS) in Canberra, Australia. The team was composed of Teddy Ballesteros, Nikko Alcalde, Luigi Altamirano, Robi Andres, Nico Estrada, Miguel Nitorreda, Enzo Barraquias, Mark Gamboa, Nico Mercado, Jeremiah Vizmonte, Jaime Zalamea and Willis Siy.

AIS trainers lauded the Coach E delegation for being fundamentally sound and talented as shown by their participation in the training camp and the pocket tournament.
