UST deals FEU 2nd straight loss

MANILA, Philippines - University of Santo Tomas bucked the 40-point output of Terrence Romeo as it outlasted Far Eastern University, 82-79, to post its first win in two games in the TriDharma Mktg. Neypes was named Hi-Smart Player of the Game.

Ateneo, meanwhile, coasted to an easy 93-58 rout over winless St. Jude for its third straight win. Kevin Irazo and Kieffer Ravena had 14 and 13 points, respectively, for Ateneo.

Jose Rizal University trounced Chiang Kai Shek College, 93-84, for its second win in three games. Joshua Saret and Louie Vigil combined for 64 points to lead JRU.
