MANILA, Philippines - Past knockout victories of Sonny Gonzales and Danilo Peña will be re-lived in tonight’s episode of In This Corner from 7-8 p.m. over NBN-4.
Gonzales opens the show’s 2008 KO’s Part 4 series with his super-bantamweight fight with Ronald Pontillas in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
Then capping the boxing program presented by Ginebra San Miguel, San Miguel Beer, Purefoods, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office and Biogenic Isopropyl Alcohol is Peña’s defense of the Philippine super-flyweight title against Richard Olisa.
The title bout was also held in Palawan.
