Sports clinics set for visually impaired kids

MANILA, Philippines - The Parent Advocates for Visually Impaired Children, Inc. (PAVIC) will be hosting a sports clinic to introduce various sports to blind people on March 28-29 at the Philsports complex in Pasig City.

In partnership with PHILSPADA (Phil. Sports Association for Differently Abled), PAVIC will show to parents, teachers and therapists that blind children can actively be involved in sports.

The event is partly sponsored by USAid Fund (United States Agencies International Development Fund) through the effort of Perkins School for the Blind, USA.
