The Titans and the Moneymen collide at 2 p.m. while the Super Sealers clash with the Spinners at 4 p.m. with the winners battling the Harbour Port Masters and the Mail and More Comets, respectively, in the quarterfinals.
Harbour fell to Toyota Otis, 67-73, while Mail and More dropped an 80-91 decision to Hapee Toothpaste-Philippine Christian U in Tuesdays pair of playoffs for the outright semifinal berths.
The Port Masters and the Comets, however, need only to win once over their respective quarterfinal opponents to advance.
"Its going to be make or break for us," said Cebuana Lhuillier coach Luigi Trillo.
"We have a chance to make it to the quarterfinals or semifinals but we blew it," said Henkel-Sista mentor Caloy Garcia, back after serving a one-game suspension for misconduct.
"Well do our best to come out strong this time," he added.
"Our main objective is to make the quarterfinals, this game will definitely be all about pride," said Magnolia coach Koy Banal, whose team scraped past Kettle Korn in a gripping 133-128 triple overtime victory Saturday.
