Cortez-Sales posted a 132 built around a 76 at the Faldo course to beat Fernando Pizarro-Efren Cruz by one with Antonio Jesus and Antonio Abad coming in third place at 128.
Tan-Romero banked on a big 58-point effort at the Norman course to finish with 102 and finish four ahead of Ruperto Pangilinan and Wilbert Uy. John Ong-Rafael Macalagim wound up third with their 97.
