Biraogo topped the standard division, beating Israelito Pible and Marlon Valencia while MDSA ran away with the standard team crown, winning over Manila Rifle Pistol Shooting Club (MRPSC) and National Power Corp. (NPC) in the event held in honor of Gerry L. Barias, Chief of the PNP Firearms and Explosives Division.
