Sta. Lucia new racetrack launched today

Giant real estate developer Sta. Lucia Realty and Development Inc. is sponsoring a horse racing festival at the Santa Ana Park today to introduce the Saddle and Clubs Leisure Park, a grand horse racing facility now being constructed in Tanza, Cavite.

Saddle and Clubs Leisure Park is a 576-hectare mixed-used estate that features a commercial, residential, racetrack and golf facilities. The developer has partnered with Philippine Racing Club Inc., AZKCON Construction and Development Inc., EBECOM Holdings Inc., Harmony Homes Inc., Megatop Realty, and Atty. Diogenes Bartolome. Royale Homes Marketing Corp. (RHMC) handles the exclusive marketing network for the project.

The new Sta. Ana racetrack facility at the Saddle and Clubs has multi-level seating capacity, bars and lounges for grandstand viewers, camera-controlled towers, mutuel/betting windows, stables for more than 1,000 horses, tunnels to infield service, track lighting for night racing, luxury suites and fine dining restaurants.

Bidang Bida, Power Pack, Serena, Lyonnais, Red Bells and Silver Rose clash for the top P225,000 purse in the featured race, the Sta. Lucia Realty Grand Futurity Stakes Race set at 5:15 p.m.

A total of 20 invitational races are on tap in the week-long Sta. Lucia racing festival. Sta. Lucia and PRCI guarantee winners a gross prize of P150,000 on each race.

Royale Homes said that the construction of the Saddle and Clubs is now in full swing with 98 percent of the track completed. The developer is working on the road infrastructure, the electrical and the water systems in stages.
