Miñoza, who moved to within three shots off the lead after a 68 Friday, is in joint sixth with three others at 210, eight shots behind Lin, who sizzled with a 67 to seize a five-stroke lead over Tsukasa Watanabe at 203.
Watanabe had a second straight 69 to be at 208 while Tory Suzuki (67), Katsuyoshi Tomori (66) and Hiroyuki Fujita (68) stood a shot farther back at 209.
Over in Stockbridge, Georgia, Jennifer Rosales fired a one-under 71 to gain a share of 36th place at the start of the Chick-fil-A Championships at the par-72 Eagles Landing County Club course.
That was five strokes off Sara Sanders and Dottie Pepper, who both shot 66s for a one-shot lead over Beth Daniel and five others.
Dorothy Delasin, who had three top 10 finishes in 11 tournaments this season, struggled with a 74.
