The Slashers, who lost to the Pirates, 79-89, in their previous meeting, have vowed to go all out and make full use of whatever homecourt advantage they have when they play the Pirates at 2 p.m.
The hosts are coming into the game smarting from a three-game losing skein although the Pirates are showing up without prolific Fil-Am recruit Dorian Peña.
Youthful Robert Sison, the former coach of the now-defunct Pangasinan Waves, will take over the job of former Negros coach Jun Noel.
