Altas tankers kumubra ng 6 ginto sa Aussie meet

MANILA, Philippines - Nanalo ng anim na ginto si Martin Jacob Pupos ng University of Perpetual Help System Dalta sa idinaos  na 2014 Indian Ocean All-Star Swimming Challenge sa Perth, Australia.

Ang 15-anyos na tanker ay nanalo sa 200m Indivi­dual Medley (2:24:20), 200m Freestyle (2:05:69), 100m Freestyle (58.23), 200m Butterfly (2:47:67), 200m relay medley at 4x50m Relay para sa Team Asia sa kategoryang boy’s 15-16.

Nanalo pa si Pupos ng bronze medal sa 100m butterfly (1:03.72) upang umani ng papuri kay Al­tas president  Anthony Ta­mayo.

“Martin’s victory is not only the pride of the Univer­sity of Perpetual Help but the entire country. His feat only proves that Filipino athletes are at par with their international counterparts,” wika ni Tamayo.
