Revilla di pinayagang makapunta sa lamay ni Kuya Germs

MANILA, Philippines – Hindi pinayagan ng Sandiganbayan na makapunta si detained Senator Bong Revilla sa lamay ni Kuya Germs.

Ito ayon sa graft court ay dahil wala silang nakikitang ma­tinding dahilan para pagbigyan ang hiling na furlough ni Revilla.

“After weighing the arguments of the parties, the Court is of the view that the situation presented by the accused could not be considered a special circumstance that deserves exception to the general restrictions on a detention prisoner’s rights. Thus the motion is denied,” ayon sa graft court.

Si Revilla ay humingi ng 5 oras na furlough para makapunta kahapon sa lamay ni Kuya Germs dahil ito umano ang tumata­yong ikalawa niyang ama at palagian siyang binibisita mula nang mapiit sa PNP Custodial center sa kampo krame.

Si Revilla ay nakulong sa kasong graft at plunder dahil sa pork barrel scam.
