Sa warrant of arrest na inilabas... Lozada hindi tutulungan ng Pangulo

MANILA, Philippines - Walang maaasahang tulong si NBN-ZTE deal whistle blower Rodolfo ‘Jun’ Lozada Jr. kay Pa­ngulong Benigno Aquino III matapos magpalabas ng arrest warrant dito ang Sandiganbayan kaugnay ng 2 counts of graft cases nito.

Ayon kay Presidential Communications Sec. Ricky Carandang sa media briefing, kahit kaibigan o kaalyado ay hindi bibigyan ng “VIP” treatment sa proseso ng batas.

Wika pa ni Carandang, isang independent body ang Ombudsman at hindi nakikialam ang Palasyo sa anumang desisyon nito.

“We’ll leave it up to the body—that body—and the representatives of the government in that body to make that decision. Right now, we’re just concerned about the safety of civilians,” paliwanag pa ni Carandang.
