MANILA, Philippines — Pinuri kamakailan ni Federation of Philippine Industries (FPI) President Jesus L. Arranza ang tagumpay na pirmahan ng mga bagong power supply agreement (PSA) para sa mga kontrata ng supply ng Meralco na may kapasidad na 1,200 MW at 500 MW simula sa ika-26 ng Disyembre 2019.
Nagpahayag ng suporta ang grupo sa Department of Energy (DOE) Circular na nag-uutos sa mga distribyutor ng kuryente sa bansa na bumili ng supply ng kuryente sa pamamagitan ng Competitive Selection Process (CSP).
Ang CSP ay pinangasiwaan ng Third Party Bids and Awards Committee (TPBAC) na binuo alinsunod sa DOE Circular.
