Actress Rita Avila, now 53 years old, admits, excited pa rin daw siya tuwing nagka-cast ng vote every election.
Hindi niya binanggit kung lahat ng candidates na ibinoto niya ngayon ay nanalo. Although kilala siyang Kakampink.
Hope niya all the winners deliver.
We need good governance para bumuti naman ang buhay nating mga Filipino.
So be it, Rita.
Lani at Jolo, wagi
Both proud winners sa katatapos na election ay ang mag-inang sina Lani Mercado at Jolo Revilla, who have been elected first and second district representatives ng Cavite.
Prior to their current win, Lani served as a mayor of Bacoor City. Si Jolo naman, as vice governor of the province.
No wonder sobrang proud of both of them si Senator Bong Revilla, husband, of course, ng ngayon tatawagin nang Representative Lani, and, of course, ama ni now Representative, too, Jolo.
Bea, natupad uli ang pangarap
Bea Alonzo may soon fulfill her dream to own an apartment in Europe.
Why in Spain, Bea was asked.
“Because daw,” said a kibitzer, “karamihan sa kapitbahay niya ay mga Pilipino.”
“At masarap daw makipagtsikahan sa wikang Tagalog sa ibang bansa,” hirit pa ni Bea.
Kung sabagay, Bea’s dad, we heard, is European, who, she has yet to meet in person.
But Bea’s family would rather consider it a sakahan dahil sa sari-sari ring tanim na mabilis nilang naibebenta.
Meanwhile, bilang artista, Bea remains one of the most in demand sa showbiz.
May kasalukuyan siyang ginagawang project with Alden Richards.
Formerly a Kapamilya, she is now a Kapuso.
And don’t ask us why.
Happily in love raw siya, according to Bea.
Bea’s currently love is Dominic Roque, aspiring actor and businessman.
