MANILA, Philippines - Itatampok ang dalawang dating professional players at ilang collegiate cagers, kumpiyansa ang Ani FCA Cultivators sa kanilang tsansa sa 2010 PBL PG Flex–Erase Placenta Cup.
Ibabandera ng Cultivators sina dating PBA cagers Christian Luanzon at JR Sena maliban pa kina Mark Cagoco, Mark Acosta, Gary Sevilla, at Jason Pacual.
“We don’t expect to be champions overnight, but we believe we can give everybody a run for their money. Our boys will give out their best in every game,” wika ni team manager Roman Ong.
Kagaya nina Sena at Cagoco, si Ong ay isa ring dating Heavy Bomber ng Jose Rizal University.
Tiwala naman sina team owners Antonio Tiu at Dennis Sia na magiging tanyag ang Ani FCA sa kanilang unang paglalaro sa amateur league.
“Our business is on fruits and vegetables, but we know and we are positive that in entering the PBL, our business will grow bigger,” sabi nina Tiu at Sia.
Idinagdag ni Tiu na magiging matagal ang paglalaro ng mga Cultivators, kinuhang head coach si Toto Dojillo, sa PBL.
“We are committed to helping sports, and we believe that our entry to the PBL will pave the way for the realization of our vision,” wika ni Tiu. (RC)
