A true connoisseur, Titania Wines chairman Tita Trillo celebrated her birthday featuring the well-loved bubbly — champagne.
The lovely celebrator, along with her dear friends and family, celebrated this joyous occasion at La Veranda of the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila.
Guests enjoyed exquisite bottles of champagne, which were personally flown in from France by Barons Champagne de Rothschild managing director Frederick Mairesse.
Each delectable dish from the fabulous five-course meal specially prepared by La Veranda’s executive chef Alain Rion was paired with splendid Barons Champagne de Rothschild bottles —Berger Baron Blanc and Rouge, Blanc de Blancs and Mouton Cadet Reserve Rouge from Medoc, to name a few.
It was an extraordinary evening of food, wine and friendship — worthy of an extraordinary woman.
Many happy returns, Tita!

The family that feasts together
In celebration of the family patriarch Dr. Ed Fores’ recovery from a serious illness, the close-knit Fores family spent some precious time over their favorite food and tried out the latest and finest cuisine in the metro. Bonding over food is the family’s favorite activity — after all, their policy is: “The family that feasts together, stays together.”
