MANILA, Philippines - There is really no stopping the Korean fever in the Philippines!
Korean restaurant Chef’s Noodle is now open in Robinsons Place Malolos in Bulacan. Diners from Central Luzon will finally get to taste the wide array of appetizing and healthy Korean dishes in a bowl that the restaurant has been serving its patrons in Manila.
Chef’s Noodle in the Philippines is the master franchise of the Chef’s Noodle brand from South Korea. No less than award-winning Korean chef Choi In Sun formulated the dishes, including bestsellers Chef’s Noodles and Starking Fire Sushi. Other must-try dishes on the menu include bibimbap, japchae, haemul seafood pajun (Korean pancake with shrimp and squid, spring onions and bell pepper), Leek Shrimp Twigim, chicken kas (breaded chicken fillet with white creamy sauce) and spicy dukbokki. Desserts, which range from ice creams and gelatos to fruit shakes, can also be had when one visits the newly opened Robinsons Place Malolos branch.
“When we brought Chef’s Noodle to the Philippines, we promised to bring quality and affordable Korean dishes that Filipinos will enjoy. They’re healthy, delicious and good to share,†says Patrick Simisim, president of Chef’s Noodle. “Seeing how our customers loved the restaurant and what it offers, we just kept on expanding. The new branch in Robinsons Malolos aims to offer the same goodness and continues to entice food lovers to try our mouthwatering dishes.â€
In time for the Lenten season, Chef’s Noodle is offering Meatless Meals, without the guilt. One can still observe his or her Lenten sacrifice with an order of Leek Shrimp Twigim or kimari twigim.
