MANILA, Philippines  — One of the country's most serious problems is its poor infrastructure, which affects food prices, Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte said.

In this December interview (second of three segments) with Radio DZRJ in partnership with The Philippine STAR, the presidential aspirant presents his ideas on what he calls the real "trickle-down economics."

Duterte talks about food prices in this interview with DZRJ.
