MANILA, Philippines — Done with anti-terror campaigns, the former director of the Philippine National Police Special Action Force will launch a political campaign this time.

Police General Getulio Napeñas will run under the opposition party United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) led by Vice President Jejomar Binay.

In this video, the police official explains why he chose to join UNA as a candidate in its senatorial ticket.
