MANILA, Philippines - Derek Ramsay turned emotional during the press conference of his upcoming show “The Amazing Race Philippines” season 2.
This was after one of the executives of TV5 admired his professionalism despite the controversy he's going through at the moment.
“Paminsan-minsan lang ako umiyak sa totoong buhay,” he said. “Sa TV 'pag pinaiyak, iyak agad. Pero sa totoong buhay mabibilang ko lang kung ilang beses akong umiyak.”
He then thanked his home network for appreciating his efforts.
“Life goes on and this is just a little bump on the road,” he said, referring to the controversy. “But it's nice to have every now and then a positive comment from people who has been there since the beginning. It's nice that the effort, the work that you give is appreciated.”
