Calling themselves supporters of hacking collective Anonymous Philippines, a group of masked netizens marched to Congress on Tuesday calling for reforms in government.
Wearing their mask as a sign of "unity," the group decries abuses in the upper tiers of the state, protested against by Anonymous, which is said to have attacked several government sites recently.
