MANILA, Philippines – The year 2012 will be full of struggles, natural calamities and political turbulence for Filipinos, according to a psychic.
For one, psychic Danny Atienza said there would be a devastating earthquake that will occur this year.
"Itong taon na ito magkakaroon ng isang malakas na lindol pero kung hindi man dito sa atin ay malapit dito sa atin," said Atienza in a weekly media forum in San Juan City.
He also predicted that due to the political squabbling and the impending impeachment trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona, a power grab could be brewing.
"Maaring mangyari ito sa buwan ng February, March o September," Atienza said, while expressing concern over the Aquino administration's ability to sustain political stability.
"Nakakapangamba," Atienza quipped, hoping that President Benigno Aquino III's popularity would be enough to weather the political turmoil.
The psychic claimed that he had foreseen the ouster from office of then President Joseph Estrada.
"Tulad noon na predict ko rin na maalis si Erap at tulad ng sitwasyon noon, magulo rin," Atienza said.
