MANILA, Philippines - The European Union (EU) lauded the positive response of the Philippines in the continuing pouring of assistance, especially on government's programs on poverty reductions, health, rural development, governance, and trade.
In an independent evaluation of EU's Cooperation Programs with the Philippines held today at Edsa Shangrila Hotel, Evaluation Leader Joern Dosch said the country is in a better position to participate in the international trade. Video by Edward Sumile
