He also emphasized: “Let me just remind our scholars that while undergoing training, you are not just mere students, but you are indeed representatives of your respective communities.  Panasonic wish to support the Philippines for its industrial development, by way of your intellectual ability, your personality, and your humanity.  Thus, you have also a big burden on your shoulders, which is social responsibility.”

During the ceremony, DBTC also recognized three outstanding Bosconians, who are now holding executive positions and serving PMPC.  Receiving the “Bosconian Industry Benchmark” award for 2014 are PMPC assistant director Robert Pacheco, PMPC general manager Harry Sarmiento, and PMPC group manager Raymundo Garcia, who continues to uphold a unique standard of excellence, commitment and service, and for contributing their expertise and skills in the industry as Bosconians.
