MANILA, Philippines - The Maria Len Buhay Memorial Foundation, Inc., the first oral school for the hearing-impaired in the country, is now accepting applications for school year 2010-2011. Founded and headed by US trained speech therapist Leticia Nietes-Buhay, the school uses the oral method in teaching hearing-impaired children to communicate.
