Nancy’s point is: “A person called ‘the late’ is already dead. Can ‘the late’ person die again?”

A male nurse went to see a movie to enjoy but left the cinema “angry to the bone” (his words.) He sat on a discarded chewing gum soiling his white pants. This was the second similar incident reported to this column.

In Singapore chewing gum (act and/orthe product) are strictly banned. The fine for violation of the anti-gum law is stiff. Maybe they have brainless gum chewers over there.

Tungod kay nasuko si Patring nga gisekreto siya’g pakaon ni Carding og adobong iro.” Reply: “Para kana ra gibuwagan gyud iyang bana? Kahilas niya (Patring). Mokaon man gani siya’g siopao nga unod sa iring ang sud (sulod).”
