Kilt-wearing Cebuanos

KILT-WEARING TEENERS. Three boys believed to be in their teens attracted some attention from pedestrians in Colon recently. They were wearing a kilt, the knee-length skirt worn by Scottish men. They told people in a restaurant that they belonged to a club called “Scot-Flips” whose members wear kilt.

MEN’S SKIRT. A kilt looks like a women’s skirt but in Scotland it’s a popular men’s attire. The boys told restaurant customers they’re trying to introduce the kilt to Cebuano men because it’s comfortable and “more fun to wear.”
