FETUS FOUND. A fetus was found yesterday under the Tipolo Bridge in Mandaue. Squatters living near the area were the ones who found the fetus, which was believed to have been thrown in the area.
RH BILL? One of the residents in the area was heard saying, “Nagsige sila’g lalis anang RH Bill! Sus dili na kinahanglan na. Kay ang uso karon, kung mamambdos unya dili ganahan sa responsibilidad, abortion derecho!”
