CAFGU member arrested, P6.8 million shabu seized in Zamboanga

ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines — A government militiaman was arrested during a drug sting in Barangay Zone II here last Sunday.

Police identified the suspect as Jalali Sabdadi, a member of the government militia Citizen Armed Forces Geographical Unit (CAFGU) in Basilan.

Regional Drug Enforcement units, led by Lt. Col. Elmer Solon and Capt. Vincent Perez, cornered Sabdadi during a sting along P. Reyes Street.

The operatives reported recovering a kilo of shabu valued at P6.8 million from Sabdadi.
