MANILA, Philippines — The Lagusnilad underpass in Manila will be partially closed for four months starting on May 2 for rehabilitation, the city government said yesterday.
“All vehicles bound for Taft Avenue are advised to use alternative routes,” the city government said in a statement.
Mayor Honey Lacuña will lead the groundbreaking on May 2 of the Lagusnilad vehicle underpass rehabilitation project, which will last until September.
