Makati shuts down 9 businesses

MANILA, Philippines — The Makati City government has closed down nine business establishments for operating without licenses.

In a statement yesterday, the city government said it issued closure orders on the business establishments last Friday.

Inspectors from the city’s Business Permits and Licensing Office posted the closure orders on the doors of the following establishments: Avground Management Services in Barangay San Lorenzo; BT-DK Technical, Inc. in Barangay Bel-Air; First Liquid Energy Industries Corp. in Barangay Carmona; Lakay Barbershop in Barangay South Cembo; Saint X.P Food Group, Inc./EAPPOC Pizza in Barangay San Lorenzo; Triple Six Online Store and Longjiang Pata Food Services in Barangay San Antonio; Vilban Junkshop in Barangay Pembo; and Cristy Store in Barangay West Rembo.

The city reminded establishments to comply with the local government’ guidelines in operating businesses in Makati.
