MANILA, Philippines — Two persons died and two others were injured when a fire struck a residential area in Quezon City yesterday morning.
Arson probers identified the fatalities as Lophel Dioso, 50, and Ghian Andrew, 16.
Gelin Dioso, 48, and 22-year-old Mike Millalos suffered injuries during the fire.
According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the blaze broke out at the victims’ house along Saret street in Barangay Batasan Hills at around 6:58 a.m.
Firefighters contained the fire at around 8:15 a.m.
Authorities said they have yet to determine what caused the fire.
