MABINI, Pangasinan, Philippines — A seven-year-old girl drowned during a family outing in a river in this town on Saturday.
Regina Sabaiton of Tumana, Marikina City was swimming in Balincaguing River in Barangay de Guzman with two other children when she drowned.
Sabaiton was declared dead on arrival at the Western Pangasinan District Hospital in Alaminos City.
