MANILA, Philippines — After more than a year of remaining indoors because of the COVID-19 pandemic, a total of 240 boys were circumcised in Pasig under the city’s government’s Operation Libreng Tuli.
Mayor Vico Sotto visited the boys aged 12 and above at the health centers of Barangays San Joaquin and Nagpayong.
The two barangays had 120 boys each for circumcision.
Under the program, boys from age 11 to 14 are qualified for circumcision, which is held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
