MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Immigration will look into its records on former Adamson University (AdU) Soaring Falcons center Papi Sarr, following his arrest for threatening a priest at the university who served him his dismissal letter.
“While this is mainly a police matter, we will be looking into the incident to see if there was any immigration violation committed (by Sarr),” BI spokesperson Dana Sandoval said yesterday. The six-foot-eight basketball import from Cameroon allegedly threatened AdU athletics and recreation office director Fr. Aldrin Suan last Thursday.
