BALANGA CITY, Bataan, Philippines  — Two men were arrested yesterday for allegedly defrauding overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) of more than P75 million to invest in a non-existent tuna export  business.

Chief Inspector Rex Perucho, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Bataan chief,  identified the suspects as Antonio Laugan, alias Manny, a resident of Barangay Nahiraya, Victoria, Laguna, and Jonathan Asuncion of Caloocan City.

A manhunt for their three cohorts is ongoing.

Leonardo Austria, 62, said the suspects duped him to invest P8.3 million last November.
