LABRADOR, Pangasinan, Philippines – A councilor of this town who was seeking reelection died of heart attack on Sunday.
Antonio Ferrer, 68, a resident of Barangay Poblacion, was found unconscious on his bed shortly after he arrived from a campaign sortie. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the Nazarene Hospital in Lingayen town.
