TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – Suspected guns-for-hire were believed to be behind the killing of a 45-year-old farmer in Barangay Bagnos in Aurora, Isabela yesterday.
Rick de Guzman was driving his tricycle along the highway when an unidentified gunman on a motorcycle peppered him with bullets, said Police Officer 1 Rainer Gutierrez.
Police are eyeing a grudge and land dispute as possible motives for the killing.
