TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – A retired soldier was gunned down in Barangay Magsaysay, Naguilian, Isabela Thursday night.
Estaquio Tersero, 56, a tricycle driver, was urinating several meters away from his colleagues when an unidentified gunman shot him at past 10 p.m., Naguilian police chief Senior Inspector Samuel Lopez said yesterday.
The victim died on the way to the Governor Faustino Dy Sr. Memorial Hospital.
