ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines – Two soldiers were arrested by a joint police and military team who allegedly caught them using shabu in this city Friday.
Army Cpl. Carlos Balungcos and Pfc John Michael Castro, both of the Army’s 11th Division Reconnaissance Company, were arrested at the Sangali Fishing Port in Barangay Sangali at about 9:30 a.m.
The soldiers reportedly yielded a plastic sachet said to contain shabu and drug paraphernalia.
